Yesterday I called my brother Venket, who is in Chennai just for a chat.

Me: Hello, How are you da? There is no call from you so long? What is wrong with you or me?

Venkat: Hello, wait, wait! If I am silent, I know you won't allow me to speak. I was a little busy with my new post and that's why I have not called you. Now tell me, how are you? How is your health?

Me: Vengu, you know, nowadays, I am putting a lot of wait. I tried to wake up early morning for walking. But I could not even walk a few 100 meters. A lot sweat and I feel a pain in my chest. And there is short of breath also. How I am going to reduce my weight? Its my major problem now!

Venkat: Oh, then we are sailing on the same boat! I too adding too much of weight. Baba, some body has suggested me to drink about 5 liters of water per day to reduce weight, blood sugar and BP.

Me: What a hell da? How one can drink 5 liters of water? You know, I tried this up to 1.5 liters in the early morning, a few months before. But I left that practice due to no reason. But 5 liters a day is too much.

Venkat: Baba, I have already started this system and am in the 10Th day of this practice. I am feeling quite light, cool and all my aches on my back and knees were all went away. But still I do not find any weight reduction. My only problem with this practice is too much of urination! If you are travelling widely, then you cannot start this practice. But try during your holidays.

Me: I will make a try. Let me wake up early in the morning and drink as much as 2 liters of water in two sittings in 30 minutes interval. In between, during lunch, coffee time etc, I should drink 1 liter of water. Then in the evening by late 7PM I will start drinking the next 2 liters before 9 PM. All my urination's would be for maximum another 2 hours. I will try???

Ms.Kousalya, the yoga Booshan award winner has just made an attempt to share her experienses about the various yoga practices, postures etc in her website http://in.geocities.com/maha.yoga that contains about 100 postures and a live demo pack of Sooryanamashkar.

She is a Yoga instructor for more than 5 years after qualifying herself with a Diploma in Yoga.
